2019 – Foundation
Acquisition of 2.5 hectares of land in Semelako Atas, Lebong, Bengkulu.
The starting point of building a long-term premium durian plantation.

2020 – Land Preparation
Land clearing, soil conditioning, and infrastructure development to support sustainable plantation growth.

2021 – Initial Planting & Expansion
Phase 1 planting of premium durian varieties (Musang King & Monthong).
Expansion with 3 hectares of land for coffee plantation.

2022 – Expansion & Diversification
Additional planting of premium varieties including Super Tembaga, Bawor, Black Thorn, and Red Durian.
Expansion with 3 hectares for avocado, coffee, and jackfruit plantation.

2023 – Integrated Farming Development
Expansion with 2 hectares of additional land.
Development of a diversified and integrated farming ecosystem.

2023–2025 – Growth & Optimization
Intensive plantation development focusing on:

• Tree growth and canopy management

• Fertilization and soil health

• Long-term productivity and quality improvement

2026 – Flowering & Fruiting Phase
Initial fruiting stage with focus on flavor development, consistency, and quality control.

2027 – Full Production & Innovation
Transition into full commercial production.
Launch of proprietary variety:

Durian Lebong

• Derived from a 40+ year proven mother tree
• Strong, complex flavor with higher natural alcohol intensity
• Distinctive caramel-golden flesh color

2027 – Premium Nursery Launch
Introduction of premium seedlings:

• Durian Lebong
• Miki Avocado
• Selected high-performance crops

All sourced from proven super-premium mother trees.

2027 – Commercial Scaling
Beginning of scalable harvest and expansion into premium and export markets.

2028 – CSR & Social Impact
Launch of:

Lebong Future English Academy
A free English education program for underprivileged but high-potential students, preparing them for global opportunities.
